My reading goals for this semester is to basically find the time to read. I have recently finished the "Forrest of Hands and Teeth" book series over the break. A great series I would recomend to anyone that likes science fiction. To start of the new semester I have checked out a book called "THORN". Thorn is the main character, a crippled boy who leaves the life he has ever known with his father because the people on his island believe he is a curse. I choose this book because I got a "Lord of the Flies" feel when I read the back cover. I enjoyed reading "Lord of the Flies" and I am looking forward to "THORN".
When it comes to my future, I'm not sure what all I want. One thing is for certain, I would like to be married and with a family. Is it a crime to want that all-American dream of the white picket fence house. With weekends off work to enjoy with my two or so children? If it is you can lock me up because when I think about my future, I just want to simply be happy and comfortable.
